anyone want to buy our house?
Katy, TX, Kelliwood Gardens subdivision
$240,000- 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3000+sqf. Granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, mature landscaping with koi pond and fruit trees.
Here is our current link on the MLS. By the end of the week we are going to have a professional stagger, landscaper and professional photographer out at the house and the MLS will be updated.
We have listed out house with a realtor but we get a discount if we find our own buyers....so here is our shot in the dark.
We are also open to trading houses with someone who lives in Auckland, NZ.....just in case someone in Auckland is planning on moving to Katy, TX, and happens to read our blog.....you never know. :)
Your house looks great! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful house. Can I just say I can not believe you can buy that much house for that price. I am in awe.

ReplyDeleteI found your blog tonight:) You know, we sold our house in Vidor in a week and a half through facebook and we didn't have to pay any realtor fees at all! It can happen!! Good luck - and your house is gorgeous! When are you leaving? I didn't know that you were moving.
ReplyDeleteWow! Beautiful home! I don't think we are moving to Katy, TX anytime soon, though. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful home Alisa. Hope the transition to NZ is smooth.
ReplyDeleteIt was been way longer than I thought since I checked out your site. All your pictures are new to me.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited for you. I think New Zealand will be the chance of a lifetime. However, looking at the pictures of your house made me feel a little sick. Are you sad at all to be leaving it? It is truly beautiful.
I'm just catching up on your blog after some time and am so happy/jealous to read about your exciting news. Dave and I have always included New Zealand in our top five most wanted foreign places to live (with kids English speaking reall is preferable)! What an experience that will be! Many congrats to Lonnie, and good luck with everything ahead. I hope we'll be able to see you at Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh, and by the way, if we by the house does it come with a job? :)
